Toast is a brewery with a mission. "A beer with more taste. A world without waste.". They have been taking surplus bread and using that to replace virgin barley in the brewing process. This means they use less land, water and energy, as well as avoiding carbon emissions. At the time of writing that have saved over 2 million slices of bread, 42 tonnes of CO2 emissions, 252,043 litres of water and reclaimed 171,848 square metres of land. Not only are they doing all of this, but all of their profits go to charity. They have 4 beers in their range and have added to this with 4 collaborations over last year.
